  2. To that bowl, add chopped tomatoes, diced green onions, chopped cilantro, diced jalapeños, minced garlic, the zest and juice of 1 lime, olive oil, and salt.
  3. Stir everything together, then cover and place in fridge until ready to use.
Garlic Cilantro Taco Sauce Instructions
  1. In a blender or food processor, add the garlic, cilantro, mayo, salt and lime juice. Blend until thoroughly processed.
  2. Add the sour cream and stir to combine. Place in fridge to get cold and harden a bit if you have time, otherwise serve as is.
Taco Instructions
  1. In a skillet on medium heat, add in about a 1/2 table spoon of butter and let melt.
  2. Place a corn tortilla in the pan to crisp on one side, then flip
  3. Immediately after flipping add a handful of shredded cheese and crab to the top of the tortilla.
  4. Once the cheese has melted and the crab is warmed, remove the taco from the skillet and place on a serving plate.
  5. Top each taco with the corn salsa and garlic cilantro sauce to serve!
