How Much Crab is 10lbs?
Wondering how many people 10 lbs of crab will feed? For a main course featuring Bairdi, Golden King, or Dungeness crab, we recommend approximately one pound of crab per person. If you will be adding crab as an accompaniment to salad or pasta or as part of a ‘surf & turf’ entrée, half a pound of crab should suffice.
